No, we cannot complain. When the Wii U is at the end of its life and the next Nintendo console has been announced, and there STILL isn't a decent amount of N64 titles on whatever VC it'll have, we can complain. Maybe.

I hope when the Wii U comes out they release a whole bunch of games that they've been holding back on like SMW2, Star Fox, etc. (Or when they decide that they're done with the Wii)

The Wii U had better incorporate the Memory Pak. I believe it not being supported on the Wii VC prevented several games that we would have seen on VC if it had been incorporated.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

Yeah, I see no reason why they couldn't have storage space reserved for a "virtual" Memory Pak, much like the PS3 can with PS1 and PS2 games.
