the thing i didnt like in sengoku 2 was the other characters you change into arent very useful or strong enough. it was enough to make me take it of my vc for good

Sengoku 1 and Sengoku 2 are quite mediocre compared to Sengoku 3 in my humble opinion

when i was playing sengoku 2, toggling between the other 3 characters to use their magic, i couldnt help but notice how unbalanced they all were. i believe with games like this, all the characters should have potential to be used throughout the game. look at the streets of rage series, they all had different stats, however they were all fully playable, including dr zan

When playing Sengoku 2 I only use the guy with a sword but back to your concern you should try Sengoku 3, you can use 5 different characters and they are all fully playable although with different characteristics and stats.

Sadly masterpieces like GMOW and Sengoku 3 it looks like they are not going to be in the VC anytime soon
