Super Mario RPG. I am not a fan whatsoever of Square Enix, however, I do love Mario so I gave it a shot. Nope. Still hate Square.

That I can agree with. It has charm and some funny moments, but I would've been just as satisfied with a coloring book to be honest. The gameplay itself was pretty dull, IMO. Maybe it was different for its day, but I just wasn't feeling it. I would've taken yet another FF4 rip-off over it - even that would've had more depth and character.

yeah the story kinda sucked but that's true for a lot of popular SNES RPGs (I almost want to say a lot of RPGs period) as far as I'm concerned.

I really liked the timed hits system. I wasn't even expecting to like it compared to newer games but it was simple yet effective.

It's not even the story that's the problem. Like you said, stories just weren't that good back then, but at least those games made up for it with interesting gameplay mechanics.

Every single VC game except SSB.

I never got a chance to get Zelda, though

Games I regret getting: SimCity, SimEarth, World of Goo, and Grill-Off! with Ultra-Hand.

Makes me glad I tried the demo before wasting my money on it.

I will be 100% honest: I kinda regret downloading Metroid and Star Fox 64. Metroid because, well, it's just kind of hard for me. And Star Fox, well, it's not that hard but I run out of lives eventually, and hate restarting from the beginning. Luckily, Star Fox 64 was a gift, and I still enjoyed the multiplayer, and Metroid was compensation for paying for the internet channel. WIsh I had picked something else though.

Uh... Mario Kart 64. Got Mario Kart 64 at a yard sale three days later for a quarter. Now I'm short 1000 Wii points.

Kirby's Dream Land 3 - A horrible game. After getting goosebumps from hearing the music from Kirby's Adventure on NES, I was looking forward to this. I thought it would have great music and have all the things that were great about the NES one. Turns out this game was terrible and it's music didn't even compare to Kirby's Adventure on NES. A complete waste of 800 points.

Super Mario Kart - The controls are bad, they ruin the whole game.

The Legend of The Mystical Ninja - I just can't get into it. I honestly don't know what I was thinking when I bought this. I have no idea why I thought this was going to be a great game.

Majora's Mask - Time limits aren't my thing. Ocarina was awesome, and was excited to try this out, but I hated being rushed by the time limit. I want my 1000 points back.

Zelda 2 - I hate this game.

Sonic 3D Blast - Meh.

Now that VH has been announced I regret FF1 because FF 1-2 might come out on VH via GBA

Mystical Ninja truly is a love/hate it type game. The actual side scrolling levels and boss fights were pretty solid. yet the other half of the game where you're wondering through the towns having to upgrade this and that is just awful. I deleted it.

Yet I disagree with you about Super Mario Kart, it's easily one of the greatest of the franchise, mainly because it didn't rely on certain cheap gimicky weapons. I also have mad nostalgia for it, because my best friend and I were all over it back in the SNES days.

Mega Man, I hated it when it came out for the NES and I hate just as bad now!

I have to regret buying Yoshi's Story. The music was damn right annoying and I felt thet the gameplay fell a little short.

I still have it on my SD Card but I haven't booted it up since I unlocked everything.

I regret getting SMB3. It frustrates me to no end.

Super Star Wars Trilogy. That's right...I have wasted 2,400 points on 3 games I thought I would like since I am a huge Star Wars fan. I just can't get past how cheap the enemies are...it's frustrating!
