No new VC releases this week. I really hope Nintendo makes more N64 titles available. Before the Virtual Console's lifespan of attention dies out. If it's licence issues, why are there more SEGA titles than N64?
That's probably the reason why they don't have a console anymore. They couldn't keep up, so they got bought out and just make games now. Still I'd like to know why there are so few N64 titles.
I can't believe Nintendo is holding off on the most wanted VC titles. If they use the all the titles I've been wanting to see so badly come to the VC, to publicise the WiiU. I might just loose my sense of loyalty to Nintendo. What a sham.

'Tis a shame my friend. If you want a lot of unreleased games then may I suggest buying some of your favorite old consoles and you can play whatever game you can get your slick hands on!
To blessed to be stressed.
80's music makes me feel fabulous.
What Would Duane Do? Rynoggery
aight dudes. Im trying to decide between a few 16bit titles:
Harvest Moon Earthworm Jim 2 Super Ghouls N Ghosts (is there a better iteration of this game, or another one in the franchise you'd recommend?) Dynamite Headdy
I kno these are super different games, but if u really like one then let me kno!
Harvest Moon (SNES) This is the original Harvest Moon (the first one in the series). When it was new I was awfully addicted to it. I redownloaded it on VC because it is a great classic - and I haven't married all girls back then (it has only two save slots). It's one of the simpler games in the series, but that's a positive thing. It's still pretty rewarding earning more money, expanding your home, adding animals, a wife and kids to your ranch. It has tons of different endings too. From all the games you mentioned, with this one you get most playtime value.
Earthworm Jim 2 (MD) I was never a fan of Earthworm Jim. His games were pretty rad and challenging though, but with some flaws in the gameplay. The second entry is more of the same, so if you liked the first one, you might as well be getting this. People say it's not as good as the first one, but that's just a question of taste imo.
Super Ghouls'n'Ghosts (SNES) This is a really difficult action platformer with great music. I recommend the Mega Drive version because it's a easier. I'm such a lazy b lately. If you're into this series you could get them both as they're very different from each other. The SNES version is unique in the series (as in: there are no ports of it).
Dynamite Headdy (MD) One of the hidden MD gems. It combines anything from sidescroller to shmup, from light adventurous exploration to brutal core bossfests. Some outstanding pseudo-3D-stages are still great to look at today (especially some of the gigantic bosses later on). Out of the three platformers this is the most imaginative, graphically advanced and actionpacked one. It's pretty tough later on too. Getting to the secret ending is a lifetime achievement, even more so than beating Super G'n'G two times in a row.
I recommend Harvest Moon and Dynamite Headdy above the others, but Earthworm Jim 2 and Super Ghouls'n'Ghosts ain't bad too.
