I've emailed an "actual person" before and they passed along a message to Nintendo for me and everything.

I am just waiting and hoping Bionic Commando comes out one day lol. I am not to mad about it really. I can see why some are though.

Anyway, I am one of many disappointed about no VC release, but the way I see it My Life as a Darklord came out on this week and that is good. Good as in another game I will eventually download once I run out of games to play. Right now I am happily playing Tiger Woods along with some PC games (DDO Unlimited) to catch my interest. Besides, there are a few more games that I will eventually buy as well from the back catalog, so all I am saying is buy the games that you haven't downloaded back when people cried for a hard drive.

I still have quite a few VC games to buy as well, so really it's not a big deal to me. It's dissapointing that there was no VC release though, even it was something bad like Altered Beast arcade. At least we would have gotten it out of the way.

Believe it or not, you ALWAYS get an actual person. It just tends to be a person who doesn't have any answers to give you, so they use the form e-mail, even if it's out-of-date (like they'd be paying close enough attention to notice that...). I actually got a phone call from an actual person I'd e-mailed regarding problems with Club Nintendo a few months ago (he needed a quick back-and-forth with a number of people who'd had the same issues), so I KNOW they're real.

Yeah, at least Europe doesn't get any VC-free weeks!

After my reply as per Stuffgamer1's recommendation, addressing the response I recieved and how it was out-of-date, I got the EXACT same response (but from a different rep)?!

We appreciate your comments concerning the recent number of Virtual Console games that have been released. Please keep in mind that there are various factors involved with releasing older game titles on the Wii’s Virtual Console. We average about 10 new Virtual Console titles per month, which means that some months will see more than 10 new releases and others less than 10 new releases. I will, however, be sure to share your feedback regarding this issue to the appropriate personnel for further review.

Well I replied again telling them that it was the exact same reply but I'm not exactly expecting another response out of it.

Well I expect those to be smart about it & shut their freaking mouths; for people complain way too much! It's enough to make you grumble throught the computer screen; feeling like you want to chew someone's head off, for something to terribly simple someone said to make you annoyed in the first place! People do have feelings you know; myself included! That's why I think no human being on any Nintendo forums care about others; they don't have the decentcy to say things they don't mean!

And again people; why can't you just stop with this constant "let's send in emails to Nintendo and complain to them"! It doesn't work; end of freaking story! Get that through your heads! Either you shut up; or go do something to get your minds off the fact that Nintendo doesn't support the VC much anymore! They will eventually will put their other first party games on the VC; but in due time... it takes a long time you know! I still swear to freaking God; people have no patience!!!

Doesn't sound too bad. I wonder if Real Bout Special: Dominated Mind will make it's way onto the PSN, that game is like the only good PSX conversion of a Neo Geo game that SNK has done since KOF '95.

On-topic: No VC game? That's quite lame, hopefully Ninty will make it up with a good game coming to VC next week, preferably one of those Namco arcade games that're already released on the JPN VC.
