Excuse me but the NES version of TMNT isn't downloadable anymore on VC!! I've seen it on Wii Shop Channel and Wikipedia!!

AKA Jamba001, FRpokefan, Dracolosse89, Drattak89 & Scarhino89.

I checked and its gone. Looks like the VC is shrinking again

Not that surprising since it was a licensed title. I guess the permission expired.

EDIT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled was removed from Live Arcade and PSN last year as well (Around June), so its definitely a case of license expiring.

Its probably because Nickelodeon now owns the rights to TMNT now.

No TMNT in Europe? I don´t know if in America happens but i downloaded that game years ago. Do you know which other games are about to dissapear?

All the TMNT are gone now as soon as I get some points the game I want expires I hope they put it back on there or I'll be be peeved

I doubt they will put it back. This isnt the first time a game has been pulled off of the VC due to licensing issues. I know last September Sega's version of R Type was pulled from the VC line up due to licensing issues.
