No thread for this classic?

Has anyone picked this game up yet? IMO this and 3 are easily the peak of this series and up there with the Contra series, and I really enjoy pretty much everything about it.

Great soundtrack, too. The music in the train level is nice!

Picked it up the day it was out. Kicks 2 in the ace. I like the first one as well. For that WWII feel.
