Topic: Kirby Super Star

I just fired it up on the SNES yesterday. It's a fun little game, have had quite a lot of fun playing co-op. :3

It's a Wonderful game with nostalgic memories of me and my buddy playing it, variety and.....cuteness pinches cheeks cerealsly.

Since I told my Super Nintendo when I got the Gamecube, at least I think it was about that time...
I need to pick this up again! Most defiantly a buy.

Yep I agree its quite possibly the best Kirby game out there. There is so much to do with the variety of games. I have been debating also on picking this one up as well, but with so many new games that I am playing right now I am holding off on that one till I have a chance to play it.

Speaking of KSS if you guys havent seen them yet you need to check out RoahmMythril's Challenge for KSS, They are just as good as his Megaman challenges IMO.

Kirby Super Star [Ultra] is a great game; my third favorite game in the series after Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby's Epic Yarn. The various mini-games are fun to play, and I like trying to beat them in one life and trying to beat them as fast as I can (I can beat Spring Breeze in under five minutes). Kirby's Dream Land 3 is fun, too, and underrated, imo.
To each his own.

Even if I had a DS, I'd prefer the original Super Star simply for being able to play it on a TV screen instead of dinky handheld screens.

I grew up playing the original with my twin brother, so I have great memories of this game. I was always Kirby and he was the partner guy/thing. Neither of us liked the treasure collecting game.

I absolutely love how, in The Great Cave Offensive, there are certain treasures that allude to other games (i.e. Pegasus Wing, Kid Icarus; Screw Ball, Super Metroid; DK Barrel, Donkey Kong Country).

I think it's worth it for the co-op alone. Me and my brothers had great times with this game when I was little, and sometimes still do.

I got it on Virtual Console I like this game
