Japan's had it since like forever. I know everyone's sick of this question but It's just not fair. Why did Japan get it right away yet America is getting the shaft? I'm thinking maybe We'll get it around Halloween but my hopes aren't too high.

I'd say it's quite likely given a bit more time. After all Konami + Hudson put up the TG-16 import of Gradius II: Gofer no Yabou on VC. Why not Rondo too?
I beleive it was announced for release in America a long time ago. But remember, we have to wait for Europe to get it first! Then that means only 3 months to go!!
