Joystick- there is a third-party peripheral, but if Nintendo ever released an official joystick controller attachment for the remote, I'd buy it immediately.

Trackball- only when they release Marble Madness onto the VC. It's no wonder I suck at MM, I'm using the wrong controller. :p

This isn't really a new idea, but a SNES controller that you can plug into the Wii Remote.
A Wii remote with M+ built in would also be nice...

I think I am misunderstanding you. You either mean you want a nunchuck, or you mean you want one of those arcade sticks...

That is actally a Japanese Club Nintendo prize.
Besides which a standard Classic Controller should suffice.
