I'd say I have completed about 50% of the games I have downloaded. I'd like to think I will get around to finishing of the others but in some cases I know that is unlikely. Either because they are to difficult (Revenge of Shinobi) or because I was disappointed by them (Super Return of the Jedi, Kirby 64)
VC : 6/28 (Some you can't really beat, while others are just really hard lol) Wiiware : 9/21 (again, some you can't beat, and others are insanly hard) Games I really want to beat : The Bit.Trip series, Rage of the Gladiator, Kid Icarus, Blaster Master, The DKC series, Vectorman, and Secret of Mana.
I think the only DLC games I've beaten or gotten 100% on are Strong Badia the Free and Mario Kart 64, but that's because I mostly buy games for the multiplayer.

I was going to type what I've beaten in the lines that follow, but then I thought, hey! I could just go play my wii instead. So I will. Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
With my VC games, very few, as most of my downloads have been game i've played and beaten many times before and are bought more for posterity and "collection" purposes (in quotes because i generally equate collecting with actual physical media). For example, i haven't beaten my VC versions of either Metroid or Kid Icarus; but on the flip side of the coin there's games like Golden Axe and Streets of Rage 2 (and 3) that i have beaten a number of times on VC. Currently i'm working through Rondo of Blood, and occasionally getting back to a warp whistle-less run through of SMB3 (at World 6 now).
Wiiware is a mixed bag; i have a number of games that i'm currently working my way through (Blaster Master Overdrive, Cave Story), others i have completed (like Castlevania and Contra REbirths, the new Adventure Island ... and SEXY POKER!), while still others i long since gave up on (Niki Rock and Ball, Onslaught). Then there's games that just kind of get away from me, where i like them a lot but stopped mid-way through (usually to focus on some new release at the time), then never seem to get back to (LIT, World of Goo).
I have finished 60%, or 17 out of 28, of my Virtual Console games. I will probably never beat Punch-Out!! or Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels... but expect to beat at least another 3 games over the summer to reach 70%.
WiiWare is a tougher situation. Some of the 22 games I own are puzzle or non-traditional games, so they don't have an end. Out of the 18 games that can be "completed" I have finished 9... so only 50% are completed. That number will also improve over time, with two games well on the way and the Bit.Trip series just requiring some concentration instead of casual play like I'm doing now.
Generally speaking, I try to finish most of the games I buy eventually, unless it's really something I don't enjoy playing. Sometimes I get distracted though and have to come back to a game later.
I finish every game 100% as long as I have time and nothing else distracts me.
I'm now looking for Excitebike World Challenge friends to unlock the bikes from the friend races to beat that game 100%. I only have one friend who also looks for people to play with. The more players, the faster you unlock the hidden bikes. (My Excitebike FC 5199-4354-6613)
I'm also playing LONPOS, but getting 100% there means buying all DLC which makes the game a total of 3500pts. (If there's someone to play online LONPOS this is my FC: 2021-1835-1359)
I hate those uber-random achievements in some Gameloft games (TV Show King 2, UNO, Texas Hold 'Em Poker) I beat all these games and unlocked 100% stuff, but to make them complete I still need a few achievements.
To list them all, especially VC (where I beat most of the N64 and SNES games on the original consoles), would be too much.
I tend not to finish most of my games and Wiiware and VC are the same, I'll get around to them some time though!

17 unfinished VC games. 3 of them I have no intention of finishing, Breath of Fire II since I picked up the GBA version, Ys: Book I&II because it sucks, and Alex Kidd in Miracle World because the sloppy controls and limited lives is an unfair combination.
