@Bass_X0 Yep, took a while to find a match though. I think this is actually the online version of the game that was originally released in the US for the Genesis. Upon launching the game, you are asked if you want to play online or normal. Once you find a match (took a while) you are placed at the title screen where you can set the speed then straight into the normal vs. mode (set damage, select stage). This can be a bit confusing as seems both players can change settings at the same time. Game runs 50Hz, so image looks a bit squashed, but music is correct and at top speed, the game plays ok. I did find a slight delay in the controls when playing online, but worked pretty well.
Yeah don't hesitate everyone should have this version downloaded now. I mean 800 points for the better megadrive 40 meg cart SSFTNC + Online. If this is missed you got to be crazy or not into old-school fighters which would be craziness.
Hello what is up ? I am really happy with this game. For those who want a challenge with me, this is my Street Fighter VC online FC: 1764-8146-5930 I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO FIGHT LIKE WHEN WE WERE CHILDREN.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
Maybe I would have if I knew for certain that I was going up against some fellow Nintendolifer's. I have the SNES cart though and I rarely get my hadouken on but the Street Fighter II games will always be fondly remembered for the hours I played them with the wild and crazy neighborhood kids.
To blessed to be stressed.
80's music makes me feel fabulous.
What Would Duane Do? Rynoggery

Its not that hard, even kids can do it.

I already have the SNES one on VC, but I went ahead and bought this. Even without the online feature, I think I like it better than the SNES version. Which is strange because it's virtually identical, but it just seems to have more retro charm in my opinion. It's kind of sad that the service has been around since 2006 and this is our first online title. I know Nintendo doesn't want any changes, but the way Sega did this allows you to play the game in it's original form if you choose to. So hopefully other companies will follow Sega's lead. Leave it to Sega to lead the way in innovation on a Nintendo console.
