Some of the best Double Dragon games (in my opinion) are:
Double Dragon I (Nes)
Double Dragon II (Nes)
Double Dragon (Neo Geo)
Battletoads & Double Dragon (SNES)
Rage of the Dragons (Neo Geo) may not be one of the best out there but it is pretty enjoyable also
I didnt learn the Jump Spin kick, the jump head flip, and the double tap run into a wall and jump kick off move - so that i could play Double Dragon 'mash anything you want for a lazy win' Neo.
DID I!?! HUH?!
And dont even make me get the claw out son cause when the claw comes out there are only 2 dimensions in that game and the claw always shreds one.

I would add Double Dragon Advance and Super Double Dragon to that.
Double Dragon III NES might be rock hard in difficulty but it's STILL by far the best version of the game. I would get it to complete the NES trilogy.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
Rage of the Dragons (Neo Geo) was originally planned as a sequel for Double Dragon (Neo Geo) but due Copyright issues it ended as an unofficial sequel/tribute of that title
This game was some sort of Joint Venture Japanese/Mexican (SNK/Playmore - Noise Factory - Evoga) and the result is despite its flaws an overall quality game, capable of shining on its own among the large Neo Geo fighting library, particularly in my country it has great significance due that (remember in Mexico there is no serious video game developing Industry).
