Who actually liked this game. Why? How do you think it compares to other racers on the VC and Wiiware? Do you think this game gets a bad rap? Why do you think this?

It's okay, it pales in comparison to the other N64 racers, I haven't played the WW ones, but I'd assume it'd be a somewhat close comparison.

i regretted getting it. for $10, it just wasn't worth it. the game just doesn't have much to be desired.

I liked it. It's terrible, yet I loved the arcade so much that I played the 64 version extensively. It's more of a nostalgia thing, I know it's bad and wouldn't recommend it. Yet I still love it. Excuse me while I go splatter some bugs.

I still play the the arcade game at the pizza place here. I might get it on virtual console sometimes.
