Guys I was watching this incredible box and label of Clock Tower 1 for SNES (not released in the west):

And I was wondering how many of you played this amazing survival horror game for the Super Famicom (SNES)?

It is a true shame it was never released in this side of the pond since it is already available on Japanese Vitual Console perhaps there's a little hope we might see it on other regions?

I know I played a Clock Tower game on the PS a few years ago. Not sure if thats the same game or series but it was a survival horror as well.

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

I think there was a PSX port of the SNES Clock Tower (Japan only) and also a Clock Tower 2 for PS1 (seen in the west) which absolutely sucks, I myself never played Clock Tower 3 for PS2 but looked interesting (after Capcom purchased the rights of the series).

Clock Tower 1 for the SNES it is a must have for any fellow who likes high quality survival horror games

Ok yeah I played the first NA Clock Tower on PS which was Clock Tower 2 in Japan. Interesting enough now I guess Capcom has the rights now. Honestly I would love to see the style of the original Clock Tower come back in a Clock Tower for the 3DS.

I never played the SNES game, but judging on the quality of the PSOne and Clock Tower 3 on the PS2... I wish I had

I love this series. Clock Tower 3 was the last game that I finished in a single sitting (took me all day, so it's not short by horror games standard, but it was so compelling)

Omega

Only played it once for 5 minutes so I've never had a chance to judge it properly. From what I saw it's a point and click adventure like King's Quest or Maniac Mansion with a guy with rather big scissors that likes to harass innocent girls. I too would like to see this on the VC.

I've played an english patched version of Clock Tower (through means that I'm not allowed to talk about here), and I quite enjoyed it. For those who don't know much about this game, go watch the video below from ClanOfTheGrayWolf as he gives a good description for it. This video is what got me to try out the game.
