Yeah, we're not exactly expecting Wizball this month since we're during a Hanabi Festival. And as for Wii Points, if you take into account travelling costs to the store (or shipping costs if you buy them from an online store), it would probably work out cheaper to just buy them straight from the WiiShop. I had store credit last year at GameStation and wanted to get Wii Points with them but the place repeatedly didn't get them in every time I went. I eventually managed to get some though. Now I just buy from the shop as and when I need them - much less hassle and yeah, it probably does work out cheaper overall for me.
Online in the Shop is cheapest by far; online via Tesco in the past has been the best price for cards, though both of these require you to possess a credit card.
I'd like to find somewhere cos paying £20 instead of £15 really really annoys me (thanks DSi). They had a stash of Wii points at my local Game, now they've run out it's stinky Nintendo points, pfft.
Its up to you. I prefer to wait until something gets released and then buy the points - if I have no points to buy anything and something comes out one Thursday night at 11pm then I'll get the points there and then. Plus I don't always have the oppurtunity to go buy points from a actual shop.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
I'm with Bass XO; the big negative is the easy instant gratification means I'm less likely to hold back on making a purchase: "It's only £7.50!" Several thousand points later...whoah!
