1. Phantom Hourglass

So are you guys going to pickup The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (the ones in America)? I am going to pick mine up after work, can't wait to play that game. I like the fact that everything is done with stylus, and it just feels like the control is unique (which I am also looking into the Ninja Gaiden game for the DS for the same reason). :-D

I know the story follows on from Wind Waker but is it neccessary to know it? If not, I might get it to see what all the fuss is about.

Well I have only played Wind Waker halfway through, and I really am enjoying Phantom Hourglass. And so far the game doesn't seem to be referencing Wind Waker at all, matter of fact the intro doesn't even really go that deep into Wind Waker's territory. I am pretty sure you will be fine playing this game.

Well I just beat that last night! Start at the northwestern corner, then draw a line to the northeast, and from there to the southwest, southeast, and back to the northwest again. Now once inside you get the map but how to get the emblem? Open up your sea chart and look at the southwestern quadrant in your sea charts, when you do this the gray map is on the top screen. Flip your DS close so the gray map is on the southwestern quadrant and when you open it back up you got the emblem where it needs to be!

Let me know if it worked. :-)

"Is this game worth getting!?"

Yes...it is so much fun. Although it is a bit on the easy side, it is very much a fun and meaty game. And the reason why it's easier is because it is made for the portable market. I would recommend this game. 8-)
