I'm still very unimpressed in our overall performance, for 80 minutues the game was just very boring, hardly any effort in really attempting to socre.

2-0 was a good result to see us through to second stage.

I'm hoping what Gerrard done was tactical, I dont think he ever touched the ball in the second half, until you booted that one-hit-wonder in, maybe it was tactical, go to the back for ages so other trinidad players go and try to tackle the other players, then in comes Gerrard totally unmarked and booted it in.

I hope Rooney was saving his legs and strength cos he was shite, although a nice little pass to cole, was good

Crouch is useless. He would be better as a flag pole.

Crouch is F'in crap. I can't believe he subbed Owen instead of Crouch.Last 30 or so minutes were awesome, but it was highly dissapointed with the overall match.

Yeah, its the result that counts, but it wasn't easy was it? We'd expect to beat teams like that easily if we wanna win the competition..

Oh well, we're through with two straight wins. Can't ask for more than that.
