Or, you could just accept that some people have opinions which may not tie up with yours.
Personally, I think that the FPS genre hasn' really moved on at all since Doom 2 and that the genre as a whole is formulaic to the nth degree.
People have been known to disagree with me on this.
Well, first of all, Zombies Ate My Neighbors isn't a first-person shooter. And second of all, yes, I understand that people have other opinions, but so do I. Isn't the fact that I'm expressing an opinion toward a review reflect on the fact that we all have our own opinions?
Yes, we are all entitled to our own opinions. We can't expect everyone to think equally (highly or lowly) on the same subject of whatever (game, movie, music, book, etc....). Yes, KeroKeroCola, that does reflect that we have different opinions, and I respect other's points of view.
For Irate Gamer, that's very shallow! @IrateGamer (I'm a very brave soul) - You can't just say a game is bad because it's hard. Challenge is good for you. Most games have three lives to start with in the first place, so I don't understand why a big deal should be made about it in this game. Also, passwords are used in video games for a reason: in case it's looooooooooooooooong. So you don't have to worry about finishing it in one sitting. So, IrateGamer = Shallow Failure among Reviewers. That's all I have to say for the time being, and it's not to be a jerk, it's to give constructive criticism. EDIT: I hope it sounded like constructive criticism, and not being defensive EDIT2: I respect opinions, and I'm trying to bash his, I'm just expressing my reaction to that one opinion EDIT3: I feel like a jerk
Just watched another of his videos... He apparently hated Aladdin for the SNES as well... reasons?
1) Too hard 2) Hates the monkey 3) Last boss is too easy
Yeaaaaah. I'm starting to think he's just pretending to be terrible and hates on good games for no real reason, in a poor attempt to be funny, while trying to get a rise out of people and earn subs/views.
I agree, The Irate Gamer's jokes aren't even funny. He doesn't even deserve to wear a poltergeist outfit with the Ghostbusters logo on it. He should've thrown himself in that machine, instead of treating it like dirt for totally inane reasons. [Oh, no, I'm mean again! DX] The only truly funny reviewer on YouTube I find is eerT gnitanirU [I'd spell out his username, but I don't want to be the inappropriate type]. No other reviewer on YouTube makes me laugh 100% on his video reviews from beginning to end, imo.
I went onto Youtube today to watch a few reviews... and they were all people screaming at a video camera saying that the game sucked. It's really just sickening... On another note, ZAMN is a very hard game, and it can get frustrating when all of the neighbours you have to save die for the tenth time. But this game really shines when you've got a second player to throw zombie killing popsicles with. That review is not meant to be taken seriously, so don't. This game was made when gamers were made out of tougher stuff, I've even grown soft...
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.

I, for one, do because Bioshock moved it pass Doom 2 status by adding a great deal to story and atmosphere but unlike some, i won't take offense to your differing opinion and I'll respect it
