I just bought a GBAsp plus a copy of Mario Kart Super Circuit at the same time.

Seems pretty cool. My motivation in buying it was so I could play my gameboy and gbc games with some light because I have started finding it really hard to play the older games using my original gameboy colour... no light at all.

I went out for a few beers last night. I got back in the early hours of the morning and drunkenly purchased Fire Emblem: Path Of Radiance for the GameCube from eBay.

Technically not a retro "purchase". ;) Ah, but will that work on a Caanoo? It should. Finally, a way I can play Mother 3!

speaking of Fire Emblem 6, I'd say it's my Second favorite FE so far, after FE Gaiden.

Ooh, Ninja Masters is a good one! I hear Splatter House 3 is good, too.

Heheh, got both in the end? Good choice.

The immediacy of it. The tutorials are a seperate section from the main game, so the first few battles are actual battles and made the beginning far more engaging than FE7. As I mentioned in another thread, I got very annoyed with FE7's Tutorials.

Saturn Guardian Heroes, PAL version.

This is an excellent game, I had the Japanese version but always wondered what eveyone was saying.

PAL version is cool but also 50Hz 'optimised' to full screen, so glitches up in 60Hz. Shame as it still seems slower than the Japanese version. Maybe I'll get the US version as then it would be full screen, full speed and I could read it...

@Ristar42, you should look on ConsolePassion for imported games.

Oh and I recognise you from the SEGA Forums. :p

They don't seem to carry U.S. versions when I went there.

Really? I thought they supplied every region of imported games...you sure because the games and consoles are separated there normally.

In case you mean a different website; www.consolepassion.co.uk.

Even if they don't provide the games, they usually have region free consoles.

@Starlight - I bought my Megadrive 2 from ConsolePassion, great site. Met them in person a few years back at a retro game expo in Croydon.

They sell US and Japan, but slightly limited for whats in stock for Saturn imports.

So it's ok to buy from them? I was wary at first but one day I'll get a Saturn from them when I have reduced my backlog and games I want...they had one at £100 the last time I checked...so is their base in London?

I see, they do have US copies, just not very many for the Sega Saturn.
