Oh. Lol I stopped reading when Waveboy asked what game that was lol. Thanks the same. Only reason I recognized it was cause I have that very same copy.

I thought it was that obscure Werewolf: The Last Warrior NES title since part of the retro shnazzy label was rocking yellow. :p But yup! I'm itching to make a couple of Retro purchases, but I'm still gradually knocking down the current games I've got in my collection.
in the past 2 months I've beaten Wario Land 1, 2 ,3 4, Contra: Operation C and Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge as far as portable gaming goes, which leaves me with one title left which I'm currently blasting away at, which I'll be finished with tomorrow tomorrow because it's so TwEASY' and that's Kid Icarus: of Myths and Monsters. :p

Once I'm down to two games left in my collection, I'll start buying again. I have zero retro portable titles/carts left to play now. Which leaves me with 2 3DS games, and 6(eek!) Wii titles along with Back to the Future, Castle of Illusion, TMNT III: The Manhatten Project and Ammagon for the NES & Genny'

Mega Man 6, Double Dragon II, Mega Man 7, Castlevania: Bloodlines & Contra: Hardcorps, oh why do you tempt me so, in all of your glorified gnaryless? B-)

carboots, fleamarkets, charity shops, pawn shops

My latest NES arrivals, traded them for three N64 games: Mega Man, Castlevania 2 - Simon's Quest, Eliminator Boat Duel, Super Sports Challenge, Micro Machines. The latter two are unlicensed games by Codemasters and quite hard to find here in Holland.

I just got Wario's Woods for the NES in a store last weekend. And I love it. Being the last game ever made for the NES (Sorry, awful bible games don't count for me), it really feels like Nintendo went all out on that game. Sad that the NES had to come to an end, but it had a strong Legacy.

That plays a large part, yes. It was also #3 in the series after QBC 98 and QBC 99. I'd wager a guess QBC 2000 isnt all that different or better so many people probably didnt feel the need to upgrade. N64 games were terribly expensive, especially here in Euroland.
