I hear if you're going to get Silver Surfer, might as well get a copy of Muppets for double the self-punishment. :D

yes.
Silver Surfer is as fun as brushing yer teeth with a cheesegrater

But it has one hell of an amazing sound track. I could get down and party to these galactic surfed out Chip beats with PeeWee & and the gang in the Playhouse any day of the week! B-)

Anyways, interesting purchase there RynoVania.
I never gave Robin Hood a shot back in the land of everything Hip, rad & Fantasia, but Peter Pan's Hook on the other hand.....Ya...That short lived and awful memory is best left forgotten. :p At least the movie was half decent. lol

Dang, you guys are more harsh than Rocksteady's rough epidermis! Like Waveboy pointed out, Silver Surfer is worth purchasing alone for that track! It's an awesome song, but my gosh it is all over the place! I have never played it but read some reviews and sounds like a good challenge. Might have to bust out the NES Advantage with its magical "slow" button for that one if I ever feel the need to surf in silver. :D

Yeah, I may be one of the few people that actually likes Robin Hood. As for Hook, I saw the movie which was good. How could it not be with Robin Williams? As for the game, I never knew it existed and after reading a review I will continue to do so!

Alright, so i finally got those 'Stereo' NES Composite cables and i have to say the single Mono Audio channel(red) being split into two channels(Red and now 'white) from these stereo NES cables works perfectly....Well almost, there's one little problem that may annoy most of you, and that's the buzzing/staticy effect in the background which comes from the 'white' audio channel cable....If i take it out and leave the standard 'red' mono cable in the buzzing is gone....WTF. In order to get rid of the buzzing i have to lower the sound quite a bit, but i like my games loud, and i love to use headphones and the buzzing as it stands is really getting on my Nester nerves! :p

Also, this static/buzz effect i'm getting is from my receiver from the single white cable, i still need to test it directly on my CRT, but i doubt they'll be a difference. I guess the NES was just destined to be in MONO, unless you're playing NES games on the Wii's VC.

Either I play it with low headphone(which sucks) and get no buzzing, or I play it on high with obvious buzzing OR i just stick to the mono on high volume which is just akward when using headphones considering you get sound from only ear phone. :p I always get screwed over! lol

That is so cool! I need to get me one of those.
My latest Retro purchase is. Activision Anthology for the GBA. With about 55 Atari 2600games it is pretty rad. Of course I didn't grow in the 80's, but I still enjoy it all the same.

Where have I been? I miss this thread. I need to get back into buying retro games. Starting with something different. Maybe a Game&Watch?

lol I no more buy retro games? That's complete Bull Dookie! :p I'm trying to finish the ones i have now before adding more to my overwhelming list. Wario Land 3, 4 and Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters are the retro portables i still need to take on, while Amagon and Back to the Future, not to mention a couple of others in my collection need to be She-ra slayed Enternia-style as well. B-)

Oh god, then i have 6 Wii games and 2 more 3DS games...I feel in over my head! :p As soon as i'm done, i'll let the retro splurging begin. B-)
I'm still waiting for my flipping Sony 92' retro CRT tube remote to come in the mail so i can actually adjust the picture settings on my Sony Tube TV(which I'll be using for Nes, SNES, Genesis & Atari 2600 games)

I bought CIB Pokémon Puzzle Challenge a week ago.

@Mk_II: I want those games! I bought an SNES about a year ago and have only 4 games for it (one of them being Super Mario All-Stars and 3 others being complete garbage).
