Alright, so i finally got those 'Stereo' NES Composite cables and i have to say the single Mono Audio channel(red) being split into two channels(Red and now 'white) from these stereo NES cables works perfectly....Well almost, there's one little problem that may annoy most of you, and that's the buzzing/staticy effect in the background which comes from the 'white' audio channel cable....If i take it out and leave the standard 'red' mono cable in the buzzing is gone....WTF. In order to get rid of the buzzing i have to lower the sound quite a bit, but i like my games loud, and i love to use headphones and the buzzing as it stands is really getting on my Nester nerves!

Also, this static/buzz effect i'm getting is from my receiver from the single white cable, i still need to test it directly on my CRT, but i doubt they'll be a difference. I guess the NES was just destined to be in MONO, unless you're playing NES games on the Wii's VC.

Either I play it with low headphone(which sucks) and get no buzzing, or I play it on high with obvious buzzing OR i just stick to the mono on high volume which is just akward when using headphones considering you get sound from only ear phone. I always get screwed over! lol

That is so cool! I need to get me one of those.
My latest Retro purchase is. Activision Anthology for the GBA. With about 55 Atari 2600games it is pretty rad. Of course I didn't grow in the 80's, but I still enjoy it all the same.

lol I no more buy retro games? That's complete Bull Dookie! I'm trying to finish the ones i have now before adding more to my overwhelming list. Wario Land 3, 4 and Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters are the retro portables i still need to take on, while Amagon and Back to the Future, not to mention a couple of others in my collection need to be She-ra slayed Enternia-style as well.

Oh god, then i have 6 Wii games and 2 more 3DS games...I feel in over my head! As soon as i'm done, i'll let the retro splurging begin.
I'm still waiting for my flipping Sony 92' retro CRT tube remote to come in the mail so i can actually adjust the picture settings on my Sony Tube TV(which I'll be using for Nes, SNES, Genesis & Atari 2600 games)

Late

I bought CIB Pokémon Puzzle Challenge a week ago.

@Mk_II: I want those games! I bought an SNES about a year ago and have only 4 games for it (one of them being Super Mario All-Stars and 3 others being complete garbage).

I programmed a simple tool that copies all Switch screenshots from an SD card and places them to folders according to the game:

There's probably enough copies of Super Soccer, Super Tennis and NCAA Basketball in there.

enough copies of Super Soccer,

yeah... eight (!) Super Soccers will probably last me a lifetime but in due time im sure everything will sell. And hidden beneath all the flotsam were a number of rare(r) carts, like Major Title, 90 Minutes European Prime Goal and Air Cavalry.

@oldgamesonly: rest assured... the rare carts have all been added to my own collection. I do have copies of almost every SNES soccer game available though... typical shelf-fillers but essential if you are going for a complete set.

Anyway: another day, another fleamarket! Note the "official" Super Mario 3D Land promo pouch, not something you''d expect to find at a fleamarket for 1 Euro

is that a Super Mario Mario Bros. 3 Purse? I don't care what funny looks I'd get in public, i'd strap that baby on and shred some killer T & C Surf 8-bit waves down in funkin' Beach Bowl' Galaxy.

Crazyness aside, why in Zuez's name did you buy Catwoman for the Gamecube? They must of payed you to get rid of it.lol

yep, a purse or carry-all bag. Recently made (ie. not period vintage), very cheap in price and quality. But very lovely and officially licensed all the same. Seller said he had a box full at home but forgot to bring ''m. What a tool.. i would have bought them all and i told him so.

the cover? LOL
No, im a completist and want to collect all the PAL releases for all Nintendo platforms. And when the price and condition are OK, i buy what i find.

Ok - so a new game store opened up in my area, and its completely awesome. They sell about 1/2 of all the NES games, ever, a good selection of famicon games, all the bundles (IN BOX ) of the NES, n64, SNES, N64, and all the Nintendo handhelds, along with all the Sega consoles, Atari consoles, and a few other obscure ones, in mint with the original boxes. And for all of these consoles they have tons of games as well, with a good number in their original boxes. I snagged the Donkey Kong edition N64 (clear green) with the game and one controller for 40 bucks, the light zapper, Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt on one cart, Yoshi, and all that is on top of the NES challenge box I won. (Only one other person showed up to the tournament besides my friend and me) So basically, screw selling, I am starting my retro games collection
gloves
This place is freaking sweet, they added new springs and fixed up everything that was even slightly damages, and everything in the store was insanely well kept and repackaged. Can't wait to go back and take one of the R.O.B's they have, as well as one of their power gloves!

So I got a Clear Green N64 with one clear green controller, Donkey Kong 64, Mario Kart 64 (in its minty box), an NES challenge set minty in the box, Super Mario Bro's, Duck Hunt, and the NES Zapper for 150 bucks, not bad IMO lol

SCORE!

*Also holy crap retro collecting is fun - I just started yesterday and have all this

*** Even though Im gonna try to get mostly N64/NES games, they had ET there, and I am VERY tempted to get it ._.
