Right now, all I can think of are Kirby Air Ride and Mario Party 3. I guess you could count Super Mario Bros., and Petit Computer and Pinball Pulse: The Ancients Beckon if DS/DSi counts as retro.

The original Spyro trilogy (mostly the first game) and the Mario Kart series are the main ones.

Edit: And Bust-a-Move '99 (Puzzle Bobble 3 DX). Now that I finally have my dream game, Bust-a-Move 4, I will likely play that one more often than '99 through the years.
