What's your favorite arcade developer from 'back in the day'? My favorite was and always will be Namco. Why? Tekken 2, Rolling Thunder 2, Aqua Rush (which I played in Tokyo on a holiday; the best puzzle game EVER imo), Ridge Racer 1, 2 and Raver Racer, Dragon Spirit, Dig Dug, Xevious, Time Crisis 1 & 2, Xevious 3D, Phozon, Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, Pac-Land, Tower Of Druaga, Soul Edge / Blade, Baraduke, Pole Position 1 & 2, Metrocross, Galaga, Galaxian, Gaplus, Grobda, King & Balloon, (New) Rally X, Assault, Ordyne, The Legend of Valkyrie ....
That's a tough call. There are a lot of old arcade games that I'll never forget, but they're mostly single titles spread over many developers. I guess I'd have to say Technos for the first two Double Dragon games, which still amaze me to this day.
Konami, SNK and Data East...high recognition for Night Slashers...

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.
