The section in Twilight Princess where you man a wagon or cart, and have to pilot it through some field filled with Moblins and what-have-you. I remember my stress levels sky-rocketing. For some reason, I found it really hard. Also, wandering around aimlessly in Ocarina of Time, completely bypassing key items.
. Haha I agree with the Twilight Princess one, it took me well over an hour to figure out what to do and then another hour to actually do it! It was horrible!
