As for Halo and Call of Duty, if they were Nintendo exclusives, you'd be all over them.
...Noooo, because I hate FPS in general. To me, FPS's don't seem to require much skill. Just shoot anything in your way, and problem is solved. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what it seems like to me.
You're problem is that you have to shoot everything in your way? So Contra doesn't require much skill? Life Force? Gunstar Heroes? What about games like Goldeneye where you have missions to accomplish? Or where you have to be stealthy?
I'm fine with not liking FPSs, but I think everyone gives them crap simply because they're popular right now.
The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.

Nope then id idolize Sony or Microsoft because there games would be considered Kiddy by the "real" gamers (you know the ones that are under 15)
Hilariously relevant story: I've always been a Nintendo fan, but when I was almost 13 I got an XBOX 360. I had a Wii already, but I guess due to the fact that I had almost no games for it at the time, and I got a bunch with the 360, my interest in Nintendo slipped. I regret that. But anyways, I turned 15 early this year, actually, and I have almost completely lost interest in my XBOX. Now I'm left with a Wii with nothing to play on it... That is slowly being fixed, however.
Also, I know I'm pretty young, but I did in a sense grow up with SNES games, just on the GBA rather than the SNES. I didn't really get into gaming until I was about 8, so I unfortunately don't really have any retro consoles other than an N64 I got for free last month. I find it pretty suiting though that I got it on the month of the N64's 15th anniversary.
Nintendo - Where even first person shooters ooze creativity.
Action 52 and Cheetahmen II are still on top for me but another really terrible one is Karate for the 2600. It's even worse than ET and Pac-man. The graphics are pretty crappy too:
This game was released in 1987, fairly close to the end of the 2600's lifespan. You'd expect it to have pretty decent graphics since it was released so late but the graphics look even worse than the games released 10 years ago for the console.
@WaveBoy: Good lord, I remember that South Park game for the PSX. I want to know what the developers were smoking when they came up with the idea to make a 3D game based off a cartoon with that style of animation.
South Park was the only game that I've owned that I felt I would much rather insert into a microwave instead of a game system, and so I did. It was only a rental copy though, so no big loss.

Not a big loss? Don't you get charged for the game if you don't return it in working condition? Unless you mean an ex-rental.
Actually, I geuss it was technically an ex-rental. I bought the game at a yard sale and the guy I bought it from told me he forgot to return it when he rented it. lol
Oh yes I did--Jumping Flash was horrid. It's only virtue was being 3d, but in the 90s sometimes that's all that seemed to matter to people. Jumping Flash might be the worst first person game ever made... well I guess there was Faceball 2000.
The first Battle Arena Toshenden was pretty rad for the time
Ah, PSX... those were the days. When developers could slap any crud together in 3d and watch it sell. Toshinden is one of many such awful games. My memories of Toshinden include me learning to hit my opponent once and then spam the roll button until the timer ran out--I was invincible!
@YellowChocobo It's nothing personal, bro. I know there are certain gamers out there who enjoy collecting games that are so bad you can't believe it. Sony has apparently built an empire on this principle.
