Who'd like to see classic Windows and DOS games for Xbox Live Arcade? I think it'd be great. There are so many games I'd love to play again.

WINDOWS 95: 1000 points
WINDOWS 98: 1000 points

There's Wolfenstein, Doom and Duke Nukem 3D already. More would be cool though. Anyobody remember Commander Keen? that game was awesome.

DOSbox solves a lot of your retro DOS vibes BTW.

One problem is finding the games.

Ha, yes, yes I do. I used to play that and the Secret Agent game on our old computer when I was like 7. It's kinda crazy when I think of all of the games and electronics I have now as opposed to my only gaming system being an old MSDOS computer.

500 points for Gorillas/Nibbles and 800 for Chip's Challenge seems a bit steep.

I would like to see some of those old adventure games, but emulating them isn't even perfect on DOSbox. I'm guessing it would be tough to bring to XBL.

I don't think emulation would be to hard for them. They have the DOS source code and they have the Virtual PC. The only Thing that might be a problem is DOS4GW since it may require licensing but if that was an issue doom would not have been ported.
