Do you need sea charts to find the Triforce shards? Because I don't really have many of them. I'd rather not backtrack.

It makes it a hell of alot easier, because the Triforce charts only show little portions (when there is) of land, and study the sea charts will help finding them.

And can you go a little faster?!

It will take 2 hours, plus, you will find heaps of extra perks.

Wait, do you have the charts or do you need to find them?

Actually they're 398 each

You need Triforce Charts to actually find the shards, but you don't need sea charts. That is to say, you don't need the 40 something Treasure Charts in the game, but you do need YOU'RE sea chart. If you haven't been feeding the talking fish at every island and getting maps of them, finding the shards is going to be quite a chore.

@KirbyMaster It's not 999 rupees, it's only 398 for Tingle to decifer a Triforce chart.
EDIT: Whoops, lz got to it first.

Either way given the amount it's a good bit, and then having to deal with that highly out of place and offensive Tingle it makes for such a drag I almost stopped right there on the game.

1.) Find bait at Beedle's shop boats.
2.) You can find them hopping out of the water as soon as you enter a new area "square" of the Great Sea.
3.) You're going to need a bigger wallet.

I'm back (for the moment)!

1) Thanks
2) A "new" square? What if I've been everywhere?
3) Where do I get one?

1.) You're welcome.
2.) Not to sound generic, but try searching some more. If you need any more help, try taking theblackdragon's advice.

The_Ink_Pit_Ox

I found a walkthrough on Youtube. I already wasted so many free rupees.
