MARIO KART DOUBLE DASH!!!
Also It was a nice console, so playful and colorful, and so was the controller, it's the platform I have more games for.

I liked the cool design. It's just a cube, but it still looks so cool! Oh, and the minidiscs were really cool. The great controller, and great games like Killer 7, RE4, Super Mario Sunshine, all of the Zeldas (except I didn't like Four Swords Adventures too much) Metroid Prime 1 & 2, Geist, Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door(better than the first Paper Mario IMO). I also loved Star Fox Adventures. You just have to accept it as an adventure game and not a Star Fox Game. It wasn't originally Star Fox anyway, which is why it doesn't feel like it is Star Fox. I liked RE0 A LOT better than the first one. I don't like RE games, which is why I liked the departure with RE4. But RE5 looks exactly like EVERY SINGLE XBox360 game.

It was the Companion Cube before the Companion Cube was the Companion Cube...

I got the Gamecube mainly becuase of loyalty to Nintendo from N64, but i don't considering it fanboyness, as knowing theres going to be great games for it. The controller was great and from a tecnicaly stand point, it was a good middle ground between xbox and ps2 when looking at the price, was not intersted in it having no dvd player etc.

Also the Res Evil series and Wind Waker.

Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Tales of Symphonia, mostly.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Unlike most disc-based consoles the NGC had very short loading times, usually. It also has some of my favorite games of all time which include, Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2 Plus(better than the Dreamcast and Xbox versions), Metroid Prime, Killer7, and Wind Waker. The controller also had the best joystick to date. Controlling FPS games like RE4 is best with the NGC controller, trust me.

F-Zero GX was the best in the series, and most hardcore racing game I tried. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess played better on the Gamecube, considering I'm left-handed and that buttons are always more reliable for that kind of game. Metroid Prime was well done, and Tales of Symphonia was also fine enough. They did however leave us with a console that didn't have a potent Mario game, nor a potent Star Fox game. I liked that a little less.

Also, Super Smash Bros. Melee was my all-time favourite, and Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes was my introduction to Metal Gear. The original, adding better controls, that was good.

loved the controller , I could press that big A button all day long . Some great exclusive games and good graphics despite what a lot of people thought. Yes it lacked on-line, yes it lacked 3rd party support but my my that handle was cool!!

What's this bit for again?

Zarroc96

It got me into gaming, first console ever bought, and had kick ass games.SSBM, Star Fox Assault, MK: DD, LoZ: WW, to name a few. :3

It had some great sequels and remakes. I liked Mario Sunshine better than Mario 64 and MUCH more than Galaxy. Also The Thousand Year Door is better than Paper Mario IMO
