Detailed? Super Mario Kart. Also Yoshi's Island is really nice.
QUEEN OF SASS
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
Well, I will just say an obvious choice and go with the Donkey Kong Country games, since ya know, they're all pre-rendered and what not. But I would also like to say Super Metroid. Never played it, but the graphics look gorgeous to me.
That's EPIC!!! like yarn and mice. <(.i_i.)> KIRBY
Super Mario Kart? Super Mario World? The best the SNES has to offer? Fan favorites the games may be and they do have a timeless appeal to their graphics but I wouldn't say they were the absolute best.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
I always thought The Tick looked beautiful. It looked just like the cartoon.
I am the one you despise. I am he who says what you really deep down know but are affraid to admit. I am the Anti-Fanboy, the crusader of truth in a world built on your lies.
Chrono Trigger was insanely detailed. It's probably one of the top 5 best looking SNES games, if not the best. Donkey Kong Country is obviously high up too.
The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.
i always kind of wonderd if the fx chip could have pushed the donkey kong country games even further, regarding visuals. i just think that the fx chip was seriously under used as a peice of hardware (if it can be called that) on the snes. i also thought that rare did a decent port of killer instinct, considering the original arcade game ran on a beefed up version of the N64 hardware.
