j/k. Actually I'm going to have to go with NSMB DS, but only because it's the only one I can beat. I play the original too pretty obsessively, even though I suck at it, so points for it as well.

I never had a SNES. The complete list of 2D Mario platformers I've played is: Mario Bros. Donkey Kong (if that counts) Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Land New Super Mario Bros. DS New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Without any of the SNES Mario platformers under my belt, I think it's understandable that I enjoyed NSMB DS the most. :3
Super Mario World, but I only ever played the remake for the GBA. Also, I haven't played SMB 1 or 2, any of the Super Mario Land games, or Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
I played all of them, but I only like Super Mario Bros., New Super Mario Bros., and Yoshi's Island, because they're not so difficult. They're still hard for me, but not so much that I can't enjoy them, unlike Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World.
