In My Option Nintendo Should do Killer instinct 3 a lot of ppl are saying saying that this game is coming to xbox 360 oh no its coming to ps3 in my point of view it should come out for the wii u, killer instinct came out for Nintendo and it should stay for Nintendo so tell me what you think and if I miss spell something don't come and talk smack atless I try. You don't seem to understand. Killer Instinct is owned by Rare. Rare is owned by Microsoft. Microsoft will never sell Rare to Nintendo, and I don't think Nintendo really cares. If Nintendo or a third party supporter of Nintendo decided to make a Killer Instinct game, there would be serious legal troubles for that third party or Nintendo. That paragraph took a while to decipher.

Not only that but Microsoft tried to renew the copyright for Killer Instinct but they were turned down by the patent office due to a Fox TV show called Killer Instinct.

well thats the only game I can think of that's old skool games but I already know Nintendo wont be releasing no more games for the wii I mean black ops 2 came out for the wii u not for the wii modern warefare 2 and 3 came for the wii why not black ops 2 maybe do to the graphic idk maybe they are more focus on the wii u idk im not talking smack about the wii u, but I think they should still do game for both system but I got chu I know what u mean about rare not making that game

Well Nintendo themselves said that they wont be making games for the Wii anymore and that in fact they will only concentrate on the Wii U. I dont know about third party developers they may make some Wii games, for example look at Epic Mickey 2. But I think it just comes down to the company.
