Same here. I beat Shadow The Hedgehog and some licensed games, but honestly I never felt like they were a waste of my time. At least no more than any other game.

Gotta have to go with none because I only beat what I at least somewhat enjoy which is 90% of what I buy gamewise.

The Smurfs 2, my four year old son pestered me into completing it so that everything was unlocked. Very tedious. He then deleted the save and asked me to do it again, I told him there was no way, he would have to do it himself.

none, I almost always get games I end liking(except PC games, bad PC + F2P = 90% deception rate) and never waste my time on games I dislike(well with a few exceptions, but with those I always change my mind halfway through and end liking them)

I should clarify. I enjoyed playing Rampage with my sister as we would mostly fight and knock each other off the buildings and and beat each other up. That part was fun. Also, I didn't mind palying by myself. However, by the time I got to the the 100s, I just kept going to see what would happen. Not much, apparently, other than acknowledging that I played.

As for Alone in the Dark for the Wii, that was me being stupid. This was me buying the game and never recouping the money I spent on it and, therefore, feeling the need to finish it. In hindsight, I should have just ate it and sold the game ealrier. I beat it as quick as possible and sold within a few days.

Bravely Default.

Megaman 2 (I don't really regret beating it I regret the amount of time I wasted doing so due to not looking up anything about the order to do it in first. I think it is massively overrated.)

I can't really think of anything off the top of my head. If I'm not enjoying my time with a game, I don't see anything wrong with putting it down and moving on to something else.

I've certainly finished games that I wasn't overly fond of by the end, but to say that I regretted playing through them would be a stretch.

"Beat Metal Man First" was the only order you needed in Mega Man 2.

The only game I regret playing is Star Ocean Till the end of time.

Same with the original "Resident Evil" on PC and PSX to me.

Who are you?

Not that I necessarily regret having beaten it, but I'm sorry it had to be The Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse. I would've been a lot happier if I never knew that the game was nothing but a dream. A dream of which only revealed itself to be a dream in the end after you beat it; not once while playing, in the intro or in the game, was there any hint or foreshadowing that it was all just a dream. You'd all be mad too if you got sucked in the world's atmosphere with such a strong buildup only to beat it with a less than rewarding payoff that was so unsatisfying that it was a big slap in the face.

As for the game I do regret beating (several times): Mickey's Dangerous Chase; my God, was that game stupid! Cheaply structured, quite frustrating, lacking in polish, slow momentum when it comes to jumps, bad collision detection, cutscenes that literally repeat themselves over and over, Goofy always approaching the end of the stage before Mickey and Minnie reach the end (he could've stopped Pete right then and there, but nooooo, we have to keep going), insulting translation, Mickey and Minnie letting Pete get away after they beat him and for what? A present that Mickey got for Minnie, and what was in the present you may ask? A bird! A freakin' BIRD, that somehow did not suffocate while closed inside without any airholes inside during this trek to retrieve it. You know it's your fault it was taken in the first place, Mickey, you should've just kept an eye on it as opposed to just leaving it unattended on a table while going to tell Minnie that you got her a present. "Produced by Capcom", yeah, bullbloip it was! Capcom only acted as a publisher (for the American version), they would never develop a Disney game as unpolished as this. Thank God they proved that they could develop a highly polished and good Mickey Mouse trilogy of games in Mickey's Magical Adventure (the trio).

Nooooo, you had to play through Bubble Man's stage first (FREAKIN' BUBBLES!!).

Though in all seriousness it's all really up to personal preference: I found that depending on the game that choosing a Robot Master in either clockwise (or counterclockwise) order (sometimes from the top corner or middle row) to be quite effective (but results may vary depending on who you chose first, otherwise you can just go in random order or whatever works for you). The only downside is that bubbles don't have much range in mid-air, and they're Dr. Wily's alien form's weakness in Mega Man II. Also, Dr. Wily turns into an alien, what is up with that? =/ Not once does it ever happen in the series again afterwards afaik.

talking about Megaman 2, is it possible to beat that game using only the Mega Buster?(I thought it'd be funny to try)

You crazy you!

Even though the hardware was limited I still think it had the best and freakiest atmosphere. I believe the hardware limitations helped make it that much more scary. I still to this day think Ots the scariest creepiest game ever made. The others were to graphic heavy to really be scary.

Well, one time I beat the original Legend of Zelda, including the second quest. When I was playing it, I was just frustrated and miserable. Since then though, I've been able to appreciate what that game has to offer. So I regretted it at the time, but since then, I've reconciled.

No. There's a boss that requires Crash Man's weapon to beat.

forgot about that one... it's the most annoying boss(almost gave up on beating MM2 because of it)

StarCraft II. I suck so bad at that game but I loved the campaign. At the end of it all I thought "Okay, I guess I'll try multiplayer then..." and I got my butt handed to me. Repetitively. I would play the campaign again, but I felt like it was such a waste since it was pretty much just training for multiplayer. I don't regret the fact I sold my social life to Guild Wars 2 however.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

Probable besides that and the final boss, I'm sure there's a number of hardcore players out there that would say yes.

(and though many say you need to purposely die to refill Crash Man's weapon, those people just aren't playing it correctly.)
