2 generations back. And why is that? Because if the Wii U comes out, I won't consider the Wii already as retro.
As well: the good old days are mostly retro.

I dont think that any Xbox consoles will ever have the ''Retro Feel''. Know what i mean?

This is a tough question. For me, retro means anything from the Nintendo 64 on back. The moment we hit Dreamcast, I don't really consider it retro.

Anything with the word "Windows".
But on a serious note I agree with @AD3Supa.
I consider handhelds to be retro from the Game Boy Color and backwards. (Game Gear is included)
