Atari 7800 Expansion Module is still being worked and there is no fraud happening by Curt Vendel or the Legacy Engineering Group. Atari 7800 Expansion Module update page is on http://www.atarimuseum.com/videogames/consoles/7800/expansion/

It had some major issues and that is why it isn't done yet. It isn't on Curt Vendel, or the Legacy Engineering Group. The issues came from the Suppliers or vendors Curt used. These issues were suppliers or vendors giving taking longer on stuff than expected, or having issues with the vendor or supplier itself based on what I read on the 7800 section of the Atariage forum.

2 games have been completed for the Atari 7800 Expansion Module. They are Pac-Man Collection Pokey and Super Circus Atariage. Pac-Man Collection Pokey is a hack the 7800 Version of Pac-Man Collection with better sound, and additional mazes. Super Circus Atariage is an updated version of Circus Atari that also uses the high score feature of the Atari 7800 Expansion Module. Super Circus Atariage hasn't been released on cartridge yet. Super Circus Atariage is the first for the Atari 7800 or Atari 7800 Expansion Module homebrew game that gives you controller options. The controller options are Joystick, driving controller, and paddle.

There are other 7800 Expansion Module games being worked, but they are not completed yet.

A regular Atari 7800 game got completed. The game is called Meteor Shower. It is an Atari 7800 version of Astroblast/Astrosmash.
