Yep, that crapfest on the NES that is TMNT is also on the C64, and I'm sure it sucked even worse IMO. Looks like this is the EU version 'cause the game usesn the word Hero instead of Ninja.

Judge for yourself. I really think that music would give me a headache.

I happen to have the NES version, thank you very much, and I love it.

Well, I hated the game but then again there are different opinions for everything. I'd say this game is along the leagues of Milon's Secret Castle, you either really hate it because it's too hard, or you love it because it's challenging.

Yeah, it was on the C64 as well, I owned it. The loading times were atrocious, it was like a one minute wait just to change what turtle you were using...

NES version is FAR superior to it in every way.

Plus there is a glitch in the third area, if you go and rescue a fallen turtle from one of the buildings, the van won't leave the area that the building is in, leaving you stranded and unable to continue

I had it on the Spectrum and thought it was fun. I didn't get very far but then I was young and it was one of my very first games.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I bet this was one of these £10 C64 games as well... Ghostbusters 2 was and it was so bad I couldn't believe I'd wasted my money.
Still, back then if you had invested in a crappy game and waited for it to load, you would still play it so as to get some worth out of it...
Or just load up an excellent C64 title such as Creatures 2, or Stunt Car Racer. They should put those on the VC and show the world how great it was!

I tried out some of the better C64 games, and I really didn't care for them. I would like Mayhem in Monsterland if the stupid game didn't make you push up on the joystick just to jump. It made the game too hard. Same for Gina Sisters.
