Played the crap out of Zelda today. My arm is in a splint so I can't play any new, control-stick/motion-controlled/touch-screen-controlled games anyway. I'm on the last Triforce Dungeon (Level 8), and I can't beat that blasted final boss. The three rooms leading up to it are brutal. Full of blue Darknuts and the like. Such a brilliant game once you get used to the controls and memorize where all the fairy fountains are.

Made it to 5-3 on Super Mario Bros., and I must admit how great the game still is today. Sure, the levels are a bit short, and the controls are kinda weird for todays standards, but it still holds up so well. My next games are gonna be Zelda II, Crystalis, and Adventure Island. (Hopefully I can pass Death Mountain in Zelda II. That place is hella difficult!)

Poor Pit, he can't fly on his own.
Wtf? Samus is a bounty hunter?
Why is it the triforce if there are only two of them? ... Nevermind!!
Turtles are evil!

Shwaat? In what way are the controls weird? It controls just like every subsequent Mario platformer...
