Topic: The Haunted Majora's Mask Cartridge

I was bored so I looked up "creepy link + zelda" in Google, and I came across this story. I'm extremely creeped out, but I need to know: How famous is this? Is this a famous joke someone made up? Have I missed a huge something that happened that everyone knows about, that I am only now just discovering?

Apparently this was a huge internet sensation that I totally missed out on. Figures.

Well I don't think they were ever a sensation as such, but people do like to be creeped out and there are lots of these sorts of stories circulating around the internet. They're all false of course, but they have just that much convincing reality to them that you have to think twice afterwards.

There are some pretty interesting Pokemon ones too, mostly involving bootleg carts, Lavender Town or Pokemon being the result of "real life" freak genetic experiments gone awry.

Yeah, I know about the vids. I mentioned them in my first post. I'll check out the pokemon ones.

lol when i first read that i was like aww im an idiot i didnt see that. haha guess i was right. I think they are great stories. they dont really "creep" me out. they can keep you on the edge of your seat.
