simon is one of the best characters! samus is the terrible one because she everything is too small for her to hit! has anyone gone to 2-1 and destroyed all the bricks that made the border between the pipe and the warpzone? thats so fun heres my list from best to worst characters 1. Bill - unlimited firing in 8 directions causes mass destruction. his jumping is flawed though, since you cant control the height. you cant just make a tiny jump which makes stages like 4-2 impossible 2. Simon - the whip and axe can both take out multiple enemies at a time. the jumping is pretty annoying though, but the double jump can your butt multiple times. 3. Link - the thrust is useless, but its fun to go to 1-2 and bounce on all the bricks using the down thrust his boomerang is pretty useful though 4. Megaman - even though his pentrating megabuster is helpful, the enemies take quite a bit of bullets to kill. hes the most balanced charactr though 5. Samus - she cant hit a damn thing unless shes in her zero suit!! 6. Mario - yes mario is the worst in his own game. his only attack is jumpin on enemies which all the other characters can already do AND they all have guns or whips or swords
So if they made a sequel (or expanded on this one), what new characters would you like to see? Here's my list so far... Pac-Man (I'd love to see how they tweak him like they "tweaked" Link) Kirby (Forgot about him til someone mentioned him here) Luigi, Peach and Toad from Super Mario Bros. 2 (especially Peach because I love the floating) Mario from Super Mario Bros. 3 and (maybe) Super Mario World (instead of fire flower, they could have raccoon and cape suits respectively) Buster Bunny from Tiny Toon Adventures (played a hacked version of it called Super Mario Adventures and it was fun) Can anybody think of anything else?
