Been a while since anybody has posted on this topic, but I would recommend Teenage mutant ninja turtles (2003) and TMNT (2007). Both great games, similar to the old arcade/snes games. Also try Go! Beckham adventure on soccer island. Great platformer but only released in eu. Of course try the Harvest moon games, and if you can get it for a good price try Ninja five O but it's pretty pricey these days. Great action platformer! Also try Spyro the eternal knight, it got great reviews but not very popular since it's such a late release on the gba. Really fun combo based action platformer . Can't think of any more off the top of my head. Will post some more if I think of any.

And if you liked Super Mario RPG, definitely give Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga a shot!

Dragon Ball Advanced Adventure is my all time favourite GBA game, a 2D Beat-'em-up with a ton of content. Other GBA games I'd recommend are the two Shining Soul games, Gunstar Heroes, and the Boktai series.

As far as I'm aware the other GBA games I've played and enjoyed are generally well known games such as Kirby and the Amazing Mirror.

Fire Emblem, Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, Metroid Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission may interest you. Don't think of Zero Mission as just a remake of the NES Metroid as there is more content than the original game. (Sorry in advance if talking about Zero Mission puts some NA Wii U fans in an angry rage due to NoA's laziness)

It's a real shame Super Mario RPG didn't get a GBA port.

I really enjoyed the King Of Fighters GBA titles. Two of the best fighting games on the system.

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

Gunstar Super Heroes is probably the best platformer on GBA. Best RPG...maybe Tactics Ogre: The Knight Of Lodis.

Gunstar Heroes looks good but is an failure because the game is lacking the comical relief of the original games.

RiverCity Ransom port is okay but lacks the badarsary of the original NES and PCE port as well. Their is also another GB game. This is also an remake.

The best games on the GBA is Rockman Zero series, import by far. You can't really go any higher then that, alongside Guardian Heroes ( which is an true sequel unlike Gunstar ).

Gunstar has great graphics but meh.

Sonic 1-3 including Sonic Hedgehog ports all are good but could be better.
