hello i would need information in regards of my dc voltage output of the Ac adapter for snes, i checked it with a multimeter and it reads 13.70 volts ... is that good or safe to use with the snes or should i make it fixed ?

We talking about the US Model? If so, you want a Power Supply that outputs DC 9V. The Sega Genesis / Mega Drive - Model 1 Power Supply will do the trick.

Well I have the original ntsc adapter for snes and its written 10 DC voltage output on it but testing with multimeter it reads 13.70 bolts and is unloaded is that a problem or it's good ?

@RadioShadow Maybe a PAL Mega Drive AC adapter will work on a PAL SNES, but I can confirm a US Genesis AC adapter does not fit a US SNES console. (neither the Model 1 nor Model 2 Genesis adapters. The Model 2 seems to be reversed polarity from the Model 1 so it would probably especially be a good thing if the Gen adapter doesn't fit.)

You should probably buy a new one. Or maybe It's just your multimeter. Try it again with someone elses.
If it still reads the same, they are readily avalible on ebay for under $15. Don't even bother to fix it.
