@StarFox: while i think i get what your purpose is, you've mentioned before you don't understand why people never seem to get your posts (like irken here). if i could suggest: try using question so it seems like you're actually trying to involve other users, instead of just looking like you're posting a new topic because you're bored. maybe something like, "I wanted to download Root Beer Tapper to my Xbox this morning, but discovered Warner Bros. had forced it to be removed from XBLA. Does anybody know why?" something more like that gets people discussing and starts speculation, instead of just giving a dry, hit-and-run fact. just tryin to help.

I know that Midway Arcade Treasures has Rootbeer Tapper on it. It came out a few years ago for the Gamecube so if you have a Wii Starfox you can get that. It also came out on Playstation 2 and the original Xbox but I am not sure if its backwards compatible with the 360. I am sure you can probably find it at a used game store or online if you want it that bad.
My reasons for getting an Xbox 360 are slowly dwindling.
