Yeah, I agree! Don't like bananas, though...

Although i don't think it's fair that i'm even sticking Zelda into the mix seeing as how i haven't even played half of the franchise. I've beaten LOZ, Zelda II, Links Awakening, Phantom Hour glass, Wind Waker(Almost) and played maybe 5 minutes of OOT for the N64 while i used to watch my best friend play ALTTP several times on the SNES during it's release.

Once i go through ALTTP, OOT 3D and Skyward sword i have a feeling i'll change my ways and go 'Zelda' seeing as how were currently stuck in NSMB Dejavu VideoLand. :p Minish Cap looks pretty darn awesome as well! Sorry for not going into detail, I'm getting vedy' vedy' sleepy hehe.

Considering Zelda is in a completely different genre than Mario and Sonic games, I don't know why it's here. Unless if we're talking Zelda 2 in which case:

If I'm to be 100% honest, if I am to compare Old Sonic with Old Mario, while both games are VERY fun, back in the day I always sided with Sonic. Sonic, to me, just left a bigger mark on me than the Mario games despite Mario being the first game I ever played (Mario on NES). I think for me, the level design and audio was what made it a more fun game to me. Shoot given the choice between the two games even today I choose Sonic over Super Mario World (please don't hurt me).

Of course, this goes without saying that Sonic and Mario were both FLAT OUT AMAZING. Now it's Mario the reigns supreme as Sonic kind of fell flat after Sonic Adventure Battle 2.

Back then in the playground, though, it would always be half for Mario and half for Sonic...and I was that half for Sonic.

Retro: Sonic > Mario > Zelda

Today: Mario > Zelda > Sonic

Be kind to yourself and to others.
