Topic: rayman 3 (a time before rayman raving rabbits)

when i first got my gamecube from game crazy i got 30 free rental coupons for buying the gamecube. one day at holywood video i spotted my eye on rayman 3. i used almost all my coupons to rent that game but could never find it for buy i finally was on my last coupon and used that to rent the game and beat it. for 3 months i was in the magical world of rayman trying to save the lovable glowbox.

now days i am unhappy that ubesoft added those silly rabbits to the game. but finally the rabbids have their own game in rabbits go home. now i have hope for rayman 4 and i cant wait to go back into the magical world of rayman

can anyone understand my topic? if not i will edit it i wish i had some posts already

I actually forgot than the rabbids had anything to do with rayman. All the rabbid's games are awful if you ask me, just awful.

now this is just sad we have been waiting for a rayman four but all we got were some stupid bunnys to make rayman look stupid i realy with i could smack newbie-soft right now

what about rabbids go home.

platforming is dying (for all except Mario, Kirby, and Rachet), ubisoft must think that another rayman game would fail in the market

thats why you go the downloadable route since its most likely going to be 2D.

Rayman 3 was one of the best games i ever played. I love the plot and the
music was great they should continue the story i dont really care if its 2d or 3d. Rayman is one of my favorite

Rayman 3 was pretty cool but I don't know any 3D platformers not having Mario in their titles that can rival the sheir awesomeness of Rayman 2: The Great Escape.

I haven't played any of the Rabbids games, but they are supposed to be fun. However, they seem to deviate from what Rayman should be about: rock-solid platforming. Where's Rayman 4, Ubisoft?

I played Rayman 3 on my friend's Xbox and I thought it was amazing, but I never did buy it for myself and so have not beaten it
Rayman 2 on my N64 was awesome. We should get a review of that now that I think about it... It did have a few problems, not that I can actually remember them but Rayman was the best 3-D platformer, yes including Mario. I didn't really like 64 or Sunshine, but Rayman, Banjo, DK, Conker... perfection!

Well, Rayman 3 was a great game but I enjoyed 2 a bit more.

I didnt play Rayman 3, but I own Rayman for PSone wich is a awsome 2D Side Scroller, Rayman 2 for N64 (green cartridge) wich is one of my favorite games and I have Rayman GameBoy Color wich is another 2D Side Scroller and its great as well. OH...... there is a NEW RAYMAN GAME coming to DSiWare and hopefully it will be a sidescroller.

Rayman sucks if you ask me, and is not missed. The Rabbids are an undeniable awesome force of nature, I'm not surprised 'Mr No Limbs' threw the towel in.

I agree with Machu about the Rabbids being awesome but Rayman is still pretty cool.
And if Mario can have a bunch of non-conventional spin-offs (i.e. Mario Party) then why can't Rayman have a well-deserved break?

Seriously, Rayman is one of the more likeable 90's platformer heroes. Did you know Rayman does not have arms, legs or a neck because it took up too much memory to animate it back in the early 90's. The graphics of the first game were rather impressive for that ime so they couldn't put in the arms and legs or it would not run smoothly. The result was as simple as it was unique: leave limbs and neck out. The result was that it was very simple to animate it when Rayman punches.
