I've done a lovely opposite scale with 10 being hardest. Isnt this difficulty we're judging?

Legend of Zelda - 8/10
Adventure of Link - 10/10 (Does this mean its the most challenging? - Nope, just that it was the worst made.)
Link's Awakening - 5/10
Ocarina of Time - 6/10
Oracle of Seasons - 5/10
Minish Cap - 5/10
Four Swords - 5/10
Phantom Hourglass - 6/10
Spirit Tracks - 6/10

im thinking on going to Links Adventure DX or Oracle Ages / seasons

on those three, wich one is more challanging (pluzze wise) ?

Ages has the hardest puzzles in the series, at least to me. It's the most difficult Zelda game that's fair (Zelda 2 is so cheap.....)

I don't know if I should comment on this, because a lot of the old Zelda's decreased in difficulty over the years as my skill increased. I found The Legend Of Zelda a horribly difficult game back in 1990, but nowadays a piece of cake. Zelda II : The Adventure Of Link remains difficult however. I thought that A Link To The Past wasn't too difficult back then, nowadays I can complete the entire game within a very short time. Link's Awakening was not difficult in my experience. Ocarina Of Time...well the 3DS version's not as tiresome as the original, because the game runs much smoother and contains a better contol-system, it also becomes a less difficult game to tackle. Majora's Mask was difficult, and remains mostly difficult. Windwaker was quite easy up until the end of the game, haven't played this game for years. Twilight Princess was and still is easy but HUGE. Skyward Sword was incredibly easy in my experience, very good game though.

No Zelda game is too difficult as most of them require an almost child-like logic.

Because I've played through many of them numerous times, thus rendering most of their trickier puzzles significantly less, uh, puzzling, I'll just try to rank them based on how difficult I (vaguely) remember them being the first time through. From easiest to hardest:

The Wind Waker - I love TWW, but that game was a cakewalk.
Spirit Tracks - This was the one where you had to blow into the microphone to use the flute, right? Using that thing was a real pain, but that was about it.
Phantom Hourglass - I remember the final boss giving me some trouble. And that puzzle where you had to close the DS was incredibly clever. Other than that though, I don't recall PH ever being especially taxing.
Four Swords
The Minish Cap
Twilight Princess
Link's Awakening
Four Swords Adventures - If you managed to get 2-3 other people with you, this one could go right to the bottom of this list.
Ocarina of Time - OoT definitely had its challenging moments, but I've always felt that the difficulty of the Water Temple has been grossly overstated. It can be tedious and convoluted, yes, and there's always that one key you forget as a result, but I've always thought of that dungeon as more of an irritation than a true head-scratcher.
Oracle of Seasons - Onox nearly broke my thumbs.
Majora's Mask - What MM lacked in dungeon quantity, it made up for in quality. The Snowhead, Great Bay and Stone Tower temples were devilish.
A Link to the Past
Oracle of Ages
The Legend of Zelda
The Adventure of Link - Someday I'll beat it. Someday.

Since I've only just reached the second major surface area, I'm excluding Skyward Sword for now.

Why does everyone say Zelda II is cheap? Just because the game is hard and requires you to memorize enemy patterns doesn't mean it's baldy designed.

Difficulty doesnt mean a game is cheap - but in the case of Zelda 2, yes - it is mostly just cheap.

They don't like it because it's not easy to pick up and play. They also dislike the RPG elements and the dungeon layouts. (All of which I love.)

Of course not. The bad design means it's badly designed. What with the confusing and obscure dungeon layouts, lots of stuff that you're highly unlikely to figure out without a guide, small sword with crappy range, and limited lives.

You didn't even mention having to go back to the starting point every time Link dies or the sudden difficulty spike at Death Mountain.

Death Mountain was one of the easiest parts of the game.

Fun fact: If you travel through the maze by always going down or right (rather than going down and left or any other combination), you'll end up at the exit in no time.
