Hey guys just bought a second hand GBA micro and wanting to buy some games! Now I just need some suggestions...
I know all about Pokemon and Mario, I wanna hear suggestions for games that don't get talked about much. For example I have Klonoa and a Crash Bandicoot game and was surprised to find both are excellent. Suggest away!

It's Wario time Yaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Sonic Battle:Its a surprisingly good game.
F-Zero GP : One of my fav GBA games, wish I still had it.
Sword of Mana:Fun Action RPG, and I sure its hard to find now.
Golden Sun: Another fun RPG, I wish they make a new one for the 3DS.
And since you have a GBA, you can play WarioWare:Twisted, they didn't make too many games with motions for the GBA.

Spyro had some pretty good GBA games. You could probably find some for a pretty low price. Also I'm obligated to always post this.

And I suppose Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission, Kirby Return to Dreamland, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, Zelda: Minish Cap, Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones.

Quidditch World Cup, Mario Kart Super Circuit, and Castlevania Aria of Sorrow are all great.

Get both Fire Emblems. Also, get both Advance Wars.

@Geonjaha - I don't believe Micros can play GBC games.

The 10 games that I always recommend now and forever:

Drill Dozer - Fun and creative platformer, easily up there with Klonoa in my boat. It really makes me wish Gamefreak did more games besides Pokemon.

Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation (and it's sequel) - Great SRPGs with a complex story, great characters, fun gameplay, and vibrant animations. They also have a ton of replay value. I've been playing them on and off for years and still haven't finished them. Be warned, though: The difficulty can be high, especially in the sequel, and especially if you go for the optional objectives.

Summon Night: Swordcraft Story (and it's sequel) - Fun Action RPGs with fast-paced combat, a lot of customization (especially in the second game) and loveable characters. The story is mostly light-hearted, too, which makes for a nice change of pace for a while.

Zone of the Enders: The Fist of Mars - The best Super Robot Taisen clone out there, this one features a complex story that's a little too complex, but the characters make up for it. The gameplay is mostly the same as SRT:OG, but I found the missions to have more variety to them, and there's this cool mechanic where you have the option to manually evade or target enemies.

Boktai (and it's Sequel) - God, I miss when Kojima's team did more than just Metal Gear Solid. This was another series from them that I loved. It's a stealth/action game with a slightly stronger emphasis on action. You have weapons you can collect and upgrade, for instance, and the plot, while cliche, I found to be enjoyable, in a Saturday morning cartoon sort of way. It plays great, though you'll need to be outside to play it, unless you have a blacklight.

Astro Boy: Omega Factor - a classic Treasure side scroller with fast-paced action, and monumental boss battles. Some of the most fun and challenge I've had on a GBA.

Gunstar Super Heroes - A remake of Gunstar Heroes with improved gameplay. The stages and stuff are mostly the same, but having the best weapons always at your fingertips and the ability to switch between stationary and always moving makes this the definitive version, IMO.

I also usually recommend both Klonoa games, but it seems you've played them.

Ninja Five-O if you can find it for a good price.

Double Dragon Advance is also essential if you like classic games.

I highly suggest Aria of Sorrow especially if you are a Castlevania fan.

Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga is the only GBA game you will ever need. <3

Final Fantasy 4-6 are awesome too.

I will also suggest Drill Dozer. It's probably the best thing Game Freak has ever done (I am not a Pokemon fan). And even though you probably know about them, I think that Metroid Fusion and Metroid Zero Mission are the two best games on the system. I bought a brand new GBA Micro for $120 a few months ago because I still play those two games quite often (even though I've beaten them several times). Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge is a pretty decent little game. If you like Super Monkey Ball, then Super Monkey Ball Jr. is pretty impressive. I will also add Medal of Honor: Infiltrator to this list, as I was surprised by how good it is. You might expect it to be an FPS, but it isn't. It plays like a cross between those old top-down shooters and the original 8-bit Metal Gear games. It's a great little handheld action game.
