I'm thinking of purchasing a Famicom that is AV modded (I know about the AV Famicom, I just want the OG one). But I do wonder if it will work on my PAL CRT TV. I do have one of these RetroPort adapters from RetroBit that lets you play NES games on a Super Nintendo. It seems like it outputs a NTSC signal, because it makes the image black and white, and I have tried it on my HD TV and it works just fine. In that case, will the image from the Famicom be black and white aswell or is a work-around for it?
