I seem to remember as a kid, that in fact the Super Mario/Duck Hunt cartridge that came with the original NES console Action Set was blank and did NOT have the red Nintendo logo on it that retail packaged games had.
Can anyone 100% confirm or refute this?

I don't remember what my Action Set came with but I'm pretty sure that every game made by Nintendo including the included game with the Action Set had the red logo while all the other games not made by Nintendo did not.
