Topic: Need help to remember an old game for DS or Gameboy

I can't remember the name an old game and I can't find it anyware! I remember it being som kind of real time strategy game, you were controling a team of swat or military (Can't remember witch) and you went in to kill terrorists and save targets or somthing (Never got past first lvl because my old game was bugged) I think it was top down or somthing close to that. This was a game I played many years ago 2003-2004.
