Topic: My SNES boxed games collection

Hi to all

I wanted to share my SNES game collection, it was acquired in 7 months.
Decided to have only boxed games, tried to avoid any "filler" games.
These are like pieces of Art to me so having them complete is important.
I don't think I'm a gamer, haven't played any other system besides Atari, NES and SNES, I just enjoyed playing back then and to have the items I played and other games that didn't know about but look awesome. I'm from Mexico btw.

I have 45 SNES games, 2 of them are not in the gallery yet.
I own everything you see in the photos, I have the first 100 Nintendo Power issues and the last one.
All the Nintendo Power posters of the games I own, but didn't show them in photos as I don't think it would look organized.

Let me know any suggestions or if there's any problem with how the items look in the photos.

Here is the link to the complete gallery:

Super impressive, nice job with the photos/lighting too.

For a split second I thought "Wait a second, Mega Man X was on the cover of NP?" before remembering the cover was obscured by that annoying "special" embossed cover that looked like crap.

Pretty sure the special cover of MMX was the subscriber edition only (it was the January 1994 issue, and for a few years Nintendo Power would print bonus content each January issue for them).

Nice, glad to others appreciate the complete package as well especially the SNES. I don't have my manuals or posters sealed up but that might be a good idea.

Hey!, thanks very much, I enjoy your videos a lot, I sometimes put your Best SNES Music video in the background

Yeah some NP issues had special covers, I don't like how the magazines look in the Mario Paint and Mega Man X photos but didn't want to remove anything from the magazines, I did remove the Earthbound Scratch and Sniff Ad from its magazine, but it is worth it, the Ad is still "sealed" with a sticker.

With the risk of being considered spam I'll be sharing(show off) the gallery in some other places, too much work and beauty on these pieces to put them a way on closed shelfs, I don't even want them to get the light, I have big windows, at least while I put some UV filtering on them.
That's why I made a gallery, so I can contemplate them anytime from anywhere.

It was strange to not find Box protectors with UV filter, when is obvious that light damages the boxes also, these cardboard arts are just not going to get better with time.

I didn't play any other system after SNES, I got hooked on Work, College, projects, etc. so after 22 years it is great to have all this again.

Thanks!

I don't know, and in all honesty, I don't wanna know.
Spent lot of time hunting the best possible deals, it was some experience.

It has Earthbound. 10/10.

Seriously though, nice job collecting all that! Like others have said, the picture quality is great too.

My wife and I have a YouTube channel where we introduce each other to all the games we grew up with as kids. She grew up with Nintendo systems and I grew up with a Commodore Amiga 500. It's a fun way to replay all those ol...
